Introduction

The curious Little Lion King is very fund of taking advantages and seeking the treasure. He always wants to go to see the forest out of the palace. He imagines there are many interesting things to explore but his mama has been busy and she has no time to take him to see the outside world. Due to he is too young for going out alone, he has to stays in the palace. With disappointment, he imagines that he is a big brave lion that he could travel alone and conquer all the difficulties. The Little Lion King leaves the palace while his mama’s busy at work.

He sees the beautiful scenery and lovely animals in the forest, and the most interesting creature he meets is “the Lazy Lady Bom-Bom.” Bom-Bom plays with the Little Lion King, teaches him to dance, and tells him a story of “Treasure in the Forest.” The curious Little Lion King starts his seeking journey for the “Treasure in the Forest.” He has a very stunning journey of climbing the mountain and flying over the gorges…..wow, has he found the treasure yet?

 The Team

Team-Win Lion Dance Theatre was established in 2000. The aim of Team-Win includes “performance, promotion, teaching, new creation of the culture of lion dance and Chinese drumming.” We carry on the heritage and the essence of tradition, and we also learn from the modern theatre. Therefore, we create the new life and appearance of lion dance and Chinese Drumming, and we make the whole world see them in different charm and enjoyment.

Except the repertory we have, Team-Win produces a new modern play every year with adding different elements, drama, modern dance, movement, western music, and multi-media. By doing different approaches in every new production, we keep challenging ourselves and improving ourselves. The unique style of Team-Win won international art festivals’ invitations frequently. We feel proud of performing the essence of classic and the new appearance of modern.
