Taking care of old people with Alzheimer disease is very tiring and very difficult. Is can easily corrodes away the love we have for the patients and we soon forget that they had once had their glorious moments too. They had been young before. In the 2008 Taipei Children Art Festival, a story about taking care of an Alzheimer patient, ‘My Grandfather’s Diary’ won second place. This story was not only written for the Alzheimer patients and their families, but also for all the adults and children. We need to be more caring and compassionate. We need to love our elders in time.

We all have but one childhood. That’s why we insist on giving the children the best! This is what we promised ourselves. We will not compromise the quality of theater just because the audience is young. Children who grew up with the company of IfKids are lucky. Their childhood will be warm and happy and their future will be colorful, energetic and full of culture.
