Can you form a family with no blood relatives? The Choice of the Ugly Lamb is a touching story that gives you an alternative way to think about familial love.

On a stormy day, Mother Sheep finds an abandoned baby. With slight hesitation, good hearted Mother Sheep adopts the boy. Years go by; the baby grows bigger, but he looks very different from his siblings. Not only is he bigger but also has with darker fur, so everyone calls him Ugly Lamb.

Like usual Mother Sheep keeps reminding her lambs to watch out for the big bad wolf because wolves possess an evil spell that makes sheep too frightened to run. One day, Ugly Lamb goes out happily with his brothers and sisters. One of his brothers who always likes to tease him asks Ugly Lamb to fetch some water while he and the other siblings are playing. All of a sudden, the big bad wolf appears by the river.

Can a wolf and a sheep form a friendship or does one have to kill the other? Are there any alternatives? When we face danger, should we fight or just run away? Ugly Lamb invites you to the theater to solve the mystery of his birth.
